By placing an order with Alec Doherty Jewellery Ltd, including payment of a deposit or balance, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms together with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

All pieces are subject to availability.
We take great care to ensure product descriptions and imagery are accurate. However, due to the nature of fine jewellery and variations in screen displays, minor differences in colour, tone or finish may occur.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders where reasonably necessary, including suspected resale or fraudulent activity.
4. Made to Order Pieces
Many of our pieces are individually handcrafted to order.
Where a product is described as made to order, production will begin following confirmation of your order. Lead times are provided as guidance and may vary slightly depending on complexity.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the statutory right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised.
Our policy regarding exchanges and store credit for made to order items is set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in the selected currency. For UK orders, VAT is included where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.
6. Accuracy of Information
We aim to ensure that all information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.
